Our NGO runs karate classes for women and girls to help them become stronger, confident, and self-independent through self-defense training.
Our NGO runs karate classes for women and girls to help them become stronger, confident, and self-independent. Through these classes, participants learn self-defense techniques that help them protect themselves in difficult situations.
The initiative aims to empower women and girls by building their physical strength, confidence, and courage. We believe that self-defense training not only improves safety but also encourages women to stand strong, believe in themselves, and live with dignity and independence.
